Our clients have had a busy and productive summer – and thus we have too! Highlights have included: helping clients buy and sell businesses; drafting a variety of licensing agreements and negotiating intellectual property disputes; assisting startups through our new flat-fee startup package; reaching a favorable settlement for a homeowners’ association; and defending and pursuing a variety of complex commercial disputes.

Varin Wardwell remained busy in March! Our activities included drafting employment and intellectual property contracts, counseling a local small business through an employee termination, playing corporate secretary for boards of directors, and working to resolve a variety of commercial disputes.
