Business transactions and counseling involves virtually all legal aspects of a business throughout its life-cycle, including forming or buying a business, raising capital, securing real estate, hiring and firing personnel, registering trademarks, handling day-to-day sales issues, assessing and managing legal risks, and implementing a succession plan or exit strategy.  William Wardwell’s practice focuses on these services.  More information about William can be found here.

Civil litigation and dispute resolution can take many forms: jury trials, bench trials, arbitration, and mediation, just to name a few.  Varin Wardwell LLC has the training and experience to handle all aspects of your case from start to finish.  J.
