J. Will Varin is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer and co-founder of Varin Wardwell LLC.

Will represents individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations with their litigation and related dispute resolution needs.  Will recognizes the court system can be  an unfamiliar and intimidating place and does his best to demystify the litigation process and resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.  Will assists his clients to:

• pursue lawsuits
• negotiate resolution of business and personal disputes
• effectively participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration
• identify and appropriately respond to business threats and opportunities
• explore and implement business exit strategies

Prior to founding Varin Wardwell LLC, Will practiced law in a large Idaho law firm.  During his time there, he represented clients in all aspects of complex civil litigation, including participating in several multi-week jury trials.  Will has represented clients in both state and federal court and has had trials before both courts.  Will has also handled appeals to the Idaho Supreme Court.

Although Will is an Idaho native and was raised in Fairfield, Idaho, he obtained his Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, CA and graduated from George Fox University in Newberg, OR with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration and a Certificate in Conflict Management.  He participates in various professional organizations and presents lectures on topics ranging from contract drafting to risk management.  His full resume can be found here at LinkedIn.
