William Wardwell is an experienced business lawyer and co-founder of Varin Wardwell LLC.

William represents individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, and nonprofit organizations with respect to a variety of business-oriented legal needs. In particular, William helps clients:

Prior to founding Varin Wardwell LLC, William practiced law for several years at a large Idaho law firm. William graduated from Duke University School of Law with a Juris Doctor and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has served terms on multiple local non-profit organizations’ boards of directors, and is a frequent presenter and panelist in the local business and educational community.
